  • SCMT1 Develop business solutions for challenges confronting supply chain managers using theory, best practices, forecasting, and modeling techniques.
  • SCMT2 Apply process improvement methodologies and techniques, including those commonly associated with Lean and Six Sigma improvement philosophies, to supply chain processes.
