Currently enrolled LMU students applying to take coursework at another institution must meet the following conditions before LMU will accept transfer credit.
- Current students must gain approval before taking courses at other institutions (form available in the Registrar’s Office or on the Registrar’s web page).
- No approval shall be granted for coursework at another institution if the equivalent course is available in the current semester and no scheduling conflict exists.
- No approval shall be granted for coursework at another institution if the student does not have an overall “C” average at the University.
- No approval shall be granted for coursework at another institution if the student is in his/her final 32 hours (baccalaureate) or 16 hours (associate) of LMU credits without prior approval from the Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs.
