Builds upon concepts from undergraduate nursing research to systematically examine quantitative and qualitative research methods and the reasoned critique of clinically relevant, published research. Concept of evidence-based practice and its application to the delivery of culturally congruent care to promote adaptation is critically examined. Discuss scientific information and access to health care databases to facilitate development of scholarly activity. Creation of a focused review of literature utilizing databases is explicated.
